Delivery conditions during martial law

Placing an order:

Delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company.
The delivery time is 1-3 days, subject to the availability of the goods in stock.
If the ordered product is not in stock, the delivery time will be 5-10 days, our manager will definitely agree on this issue.
Shipping is done every day except Sunday.
After sending, you will receive a message with a waybill.
If the order has not been paid and the client has not been contacted within 3 days, the order is cancelled.

Pre-order:

All products made on a preliminary or individual order are not subject to exchange or return.
A partial advance payment is made in the condition of an individual order in the amount of 30% of the cost.

Delivery methods:

You can order delivery to the post office or by courier to the address you specified.

Nova Poshta (delivery across Ukraine):
With the help of the Nova Poshta delivery service, you can receive a parcel even in the most remote corners of Ukraine the very next day. On average, delivery takes 1-3 days. When ordering, we will agree with you on the post office number and delivery date. The cost of delivery can be clarified with us when placing an order by specifying the city.

Ukrposhta delivery in Ukraine and all over the world (except 2 countries!):
Ukrposhta post offices are located throughout Ukraine. On average, delivery across the country takes 2-7 days, when ordering, we will agree with you on the post office number and delivery date. Ukrposhta also delivers to various countries (except for 2 countries!) and cities around the world. We agree with you the place, date and cost of delivery when placing an order.

The cost of delivery abroad depends on the weight of the package. Approximate cost from 25 USD.

You can use any delivery service convenient for you, clarifying it with us when placing an order.

Pickup:
Kharkiv: Self-pickup is possible from the warehouse in Kharkiv by prior agreement by calling +380968630518. Cash payment is possible.

We discuss other means of delivery individually.

Pickup is not yet possible.

Payment methods:

We accept VISA/MasterCard payments through Liqpay - an online payment system. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with confirmation and details of your order.

You can also pay for the order with a bank card or through the Privat24 program.

Cash payment is possible with cash on delivery or self-delivery, made in the national currency.

Duties and taxes:

International orders to some destinations may incur additional import charges.

This fee is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees by the buyer may be required to clear the order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Return:

All products made exclusively to order (pre-order) cannot be exchanged or returned.

By confirming the order, you agree to the return policy.
